With over 25 years’ experience, Mat has delivered a wide range of productions across theatre, dance, national and international touring, large-scale arts festivals, and complex site-specific cultural commissions in the public realm.

From early concept through to final delivery, Mat manages the production and logistical demands of each project with a calm, personable and highly organised approach. Whether working on an intimate performance or a major public event, he thrives on the challenge of realising complex creative ideas safely, efficiently and to the highest production standards.

Working closely with artists, partners and stakeholders, Mat ensures people, resources and systems are used intelligently to support the creative vision and enable bold work to happen.

Depending on the needs of the project, Mat regularly  brings on board and leads a trusted team of experienced event professionals - including site managers, technicians, set builders and safety advisors,  to support delivery at every stage.
